Mischief and Buster Heavenly Christmas 2023

When Buster and Mischief came into our lives, they were tiny, vulnerable kittens, barely understanding the world around them. Rescued from the clutches of a well-meaning but overly enthusiastic toddler, they quickly found solace in the warmth and safety of our home. From the very start, it was clear that these two were more than just pets; they were a special pair of sisters, each with their own distinct personality, yet inseparable in their bond.

Buster, true to her name, was the embodiment of mischief and playfulness. She had a curious nature that often led her into amusing predicaments, much to our delight. Whether it was hiding our belongings (with a peculiar fondness for money!) or exploring every nook and cranny of our home, her antics never failed to bring a smile to our faces. Buster was the spark of laughter in our home, her mischievous ways a constant source of joy and amusement.

Mischief, on the other hand, was the epitome of loyalty and affection. She was a constant presence by our side, offering comfort and warmth whenever we needed it most. Her gentle purring and soft nuzzles were a balm to our souls, especially during the challenging period of coping with my miscarriage. In those moments of grief and sorrow, Mischief's unwavering support and affection were invaluable, helping to ease the pain and fill the void with love.

The years we spent with Buster and Mischief were nothing short of a blessing. While Buster's journey with us lasted seven beautiful years, Mischief graced our lives for an incredible nineteen years. Each day with them was a gift, filled with laughter, love, and the kind of pure, unconditional affection that only furbabies can provide. Even now, as we reminisce about their antics and the countless memories they left behind, our hearts swell with gratitude for the time we had with them. Their legacy of love and joy continues to live on in our hearts, a testament to the profound impact they had on our lives.
