Halos and Stardust

Once upon a time, in the velvet expanse of the universe, there was a corner untouched by the passage of hours, where time itself seemed to curl up and nap among the clouds. Here, two celestial children, with halos faintly glowing, sat upon a cloud, softer than any down, and wondered at the stories the stars above might tell.

One, with a toy moose companion, giggled as comets tickled his toes, his laughter echoing like chimes through the cosmos. The other, with a toy train, gazed with wide-eyed reverence at the grand waltz of constellations, composing symphonies of light in the darkness.
