Palisade Head is part of Tettegouche State Park along the North Shore of Lake Superior. It is easy to miss the entrance to this park, especially if you aren’t looking for it. However, this is a great way to spend a couple of hours admiring the cliffs over Lake Superior, wandering around (as there are no defined trails), and maybe even spot a rock climber taking on a route.
